If you want answers to these questions, you will never get them with Conservative Councillors in Coulsdon.
Why was a company with no previous track record allowed to pocket £3.5 million from the collapsed Red Clover Gardens deal?
Why did we need this company to act as an intermediary in the first place?
Why were they paid £500k when the Council had a legally enforceable charge to repossess the properties?
Why did Croydon Council need a 'non-disparagement' agreement with this company? What don't they want you to hear?
Why was all of this done under 'Special Urgency' to avoid scrutiny?
